Job description:

1. Should have 10+ Years of experience in delivering IT services to global customers out of which 5 years should be Business Analyst
2. Thorough understanding of the core BA functions that include – Understanding requirements, creating BRD, convert requirements to use stories
3. Experience in delivering projects in agile/scrum methodology
4. Strong understanding of auto-remediation and Event Management concepts, apply them in the context of customer challenges, identify and prioritize right use cases to reap benefits to customers with Service Now ITOM as the solution.
5. Knowledge on Service Now offerings and concepts around ITOM and orchestration.
6. Understanding of the complexity involved in handling events from multiple sources and map, identify event correlation rules based on the identified use cases.
7. Good communication skills to be able to conduct interviews, workshops derive the data needed to implement Event Management and Auto-Remediation use cases.
8. Team player with go get attitude who can perform in complex and multiple team environments.
