4. Experience in setting up the Scripting standards, Release Policies, ACL policies, SLA policies, Workflow & Flow designer design

19. Authentication and Authorization (Basic, OAuth, API Keys, etc.)
20. Strong communication skills that include the ability to write clearly and concisely
21. Strong ability to align business process and requirements with a technical implementation
22. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and application navigation

Experience & Certifications:

1. 5+ years overall experience as a ServiceNow Solution Development
2. 3+ years overall experience in an IT Service Management role
3. The following training and/or related certifications are desirable:
4. Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management
5. Certified Application Developer
6. ITIL Foundation
