Job Description:

1. We are looking for a candidate for ServiceNow Developer role with Experience in ITSM & ITOM also in CMDB.
2. The qualified candidates should demonstrate related experience with strong background in the information technology field, and will be expected to handle tasks and responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. 5+ years of Development experience in ITSM & ITOM modules (IM, PM, CM, SLA, KM) & ITAM modules
2. At least 2+ years of experience in Discovery and CMDB implementation and configuration.
3. 2+ years hands-on configuration experience on Service Catalog, Service Portal, Performance analytics.
4. Recent Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Implementation, Product building and Support.
5. Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
6. Expertise level programming skills JavaScript, Jelly, Glide, XML, HTML 5, Bootstrap & Angular JS.
7. Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax etc.
8. Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code and testing scripts.
9. Expert understanding and hands on key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Rules, Email Inbound etc.
10. Experience in custom build integrations with ServiceNow using MID Server, JDBC and ODBC
11. Deep knowledge in integrating ServiceNow with various third-party tools like SharePoint, JIRA etc.
12. Knowledge of Single-Sign on and LDAP integration
13. Excellent documentation skills (Requirement gathering, High level and Low-Level design documents, Test documents, Best Practices)
14. Clear understanding of the business, functional and technical requirements and convert them to technical tasks.
