Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing,

 developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations. You will

 work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

 and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development: Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and features using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
2. Service Request Configuration: configure ServiceNow Requests according to business needs and requirements. This may include creating workflows, business rules, UI policies, Integrations, and client scripts.
3. Best Practices: Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards to ensure the stability, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, Configurations, and technical processes for reference and future improvements.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
6. Upgrades and Enhancements: Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Skills required to contribute:

1. 6 to 7 years of relevant ServiceNow Implementation experience
2. Extensive work experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Custom App Development and Integration
3. Service catalog configuration, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams effectively
5. Good to Have - Working knowledge on HAM, SAM, ITOM, ITAM
