Job description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow - GRC SME to join us as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules and functionalities to automate governance, risk management, and compliance processes.
2. Implement ServiceNow GRC workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations to align with the organization's compliance requirements, policies, and best practices.
3. Configure and maintain ServiceNow GRC platform components, such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
4. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to GRC, and proactively suggest improvements or new features to enhance the organization's compliance posture.

Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on GRC modules.
2. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Governance, Risk, and Compliance certification is required.
3. Proven experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow GRC solutions, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Strong Knowledge in Policy & Compliance Management, Security Maturity Scoring based on NIST CSF, Business Continuity, Policy Life Cycle Management, Vulnerability Lifecycle Management
