Job Description:

1. 4.5+ years of overall IT experience including a record of success supporting a fast-paced business organization, providing technical expertise while applying best practices within Salesforce.com administration and configuration.
2. Quick problem solver and ability to handle SFDC Admin tasks. Strong Communication and Customer interaction skills
3. Configuration experience must include working knowledge of Salesforce.com Classic and Lightning Experience, Profile and Roles, Standard/Custom Object, Object/Record/User Security, Flows/Validation Rules/Approval Processes, Communities and Reports and Dashboards.
4. Development experience having knowledge of trigger, apex classes , test classes with best practises. Also, Should have knowledge on Batch class, queueable jobs. Should be aware of Database management in SFDC with tools like workbench etc, CI/CD process for Deployment and tools like Gearset, Ant, Eclipse
5. Should have working knowledge on installation and management of App exchange products. Well aware of Sales cloud, Service, Marketing and other clouds will be a benefit.
6. Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework and APEX, Aura Components/Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce.com APIs, SOQL and SOSL preferred.
7. At least 1-2 years of LWC and Lightning - Aura would be a benefit

Preferred:

Working knowledge of Web technologies (HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS 3, JSON, XML) preferred.

Configuration experience with Marketing platforms (Hubspot, Pardot) or Configure Price Quote applications.

Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Platform App Builder/PD-1 required.

Salesforce Certified Developer II preferred.
