Job Description:

1. SFDC BA requirement with 3 – 5 years’ experience
2. Mandatory skill "Contract Management Process"

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Act as the conduit between relevant Business Stakeholders, the Icertis PMO and IT Stakeholders Development Team
2. Participate and conduct business requirement gathering sessions
3. Develop User stories and Process flows based on business requirements
4. Work with Icertis PMO and IT Stakeholders Development teams to design solutions to meet business requirements and Integration needs
5. Conduct demo sessions to business stakeholders for development done during iterations
6. Work with Testers to ensure IT modules are tested comprehensively
7. Administer tasks related to Salesforce or iCertis platforms as necessary to setup users or profile
8. Support User Acceptance Testing performed by business stakeholders
9. Conduct end user training sessions as necessary

Experience & Skills

1. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
2. Experience soliciting, gathering, and analysing user input and requirements
3. Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
4. Experience on a Salesforce or cloud based implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to ramp up on new clients, business needs
7. Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
8. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
9. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

Specific needs (a plus):

1. Experience of working in the Medical Devices industry
2. Understanding of Quoting and Contracting process
