Qualifications and Training Essential: Salesforce Administrator ADM201 completion (Certification desirable)

Job Description:

1: Essential 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com setup and configuration

2: 5+ years business analyst experience 

3: Excellent knowledge of the full SDLC 

4: Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio user 

5: Extensive experience in data modelling, process mapping and specification documentation

6: Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions 

7: Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining system processes and procedures

8: Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions

9: Experience completing projects on time, on budget and to specification requirements
