Location: Remote

Experience: 5+ years

Job Description:

1. Dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences

2. Propose change to policy/process when necessary to move forward with new designs

3. Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues and gaps

4. Analyze and propose solutions and other changes within the system per user /customer business needs

5. Manage conflict and negotiation between teams and across organizational lines to drive towards the most effective solutions

Must Have:

1. 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce Platform and partner ecosystem

2. Should have experience in functional testing on Salesforce based projects

3.  Primary skill - Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud

4. Must have Salesforce experience as BA.
