Role: SFDC Community Cloud Architect

Job Description:

• Understand Community business requirements and translate into strategy based technical solutions recommendations.
• Design, Configure, Project Manage, and ultimately deliver enhancements and new functionality to support the business using the Force.com platform features including custom objects and fields, workflows, approval processes, LWC, Einstein Analytics, Apex Code and Visualforce.
• Apply change management processes for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments (including Data load / Conversion).
• Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and Business Processes around them
• Experience with custom integration
• Experience with Salesforce Sites, API Calls
• Candidate must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
• Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.

Mandatory skills required:

• Salesforce Communities
• HTML/CSS
• Apex/VF/Webservices
• Lightning experience is must
• Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX, jQuery and JSO
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model.
• Good to have knowledge on LWC.
