Location: Pune

Job Description:

• Responsible for data management operational activities related to Establishment source of record (ESOR)
• Support business partners with data analytics for Customer related data
• SME for Salesforce Einstein Analytics application suite
• Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on Einstein component
• Can Implement Salesforce Einstein Industry best practices
• Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
• Able to troubleshoot with debugging skill
• Must perform configuration and customization

Responsibilities:

• Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on Einstein component
• Can Implement Salesforce Einstein Industry best practices
• Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement
• Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
• Must perform configuration and customization
• Must have 5-7 years Salesforce experience with 1-2 years of Einstein migration and Einstein Components development
• Advanced EA dashboard building skills and a deep understanding of customizing the JSON
• Must have SFDC configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model and Data Model
• Must have Hands on customization APEX Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class
• Experience on Einstein web component will be added value
• Salesforce certified Einstein Analytics consultant and Sales Cloud consultant
• Nice to have – Snowflake and MuleSoft experience

Technical Experience: 

• Technical Delivery of Salesforce Build and Application Maintenance Projects
• Technical Skills: Good to have CRM experience and salesforce certifications
• Process: ITIL V3, Project Management, Agile etc d Automation: Come up with automation ideas and implement in the project

Professional Attributes: 

• Project Management: End to end project management and resource Management
• Resource need to handle stake holder management risk and issues management
• Reporting to client and client stakeholders

Educational Qualification:

• 15 years of regular education
