Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce data migration to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer specializing in LWC and data migration, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using LWC framework and ensuring smooth and accurate data transfers into the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to gather requirements, design efficient data migration strategies, and execute successful data migrations.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for LWC development and data migration projects.
2. Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) using Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL, to meet business needs.
3. Create responsive and user-friendly UI components using LWC framework and leverage Salesforce best practices for performance optimization.
4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
5. Design and implement efficient data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, to ensure accurate and timely data transfer.
6. Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data integrity and consistency during migration.
7. Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and develop strategies to address them.
8. Collaborate with system administrators and developers to ensure seamless integration of LWC components and data migration processes within the Salesforce platform.
9. Conduct thorough testing of LWC components and data migration processes to validate accuracy and reliability.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects related to LWC development and data migration.
11. Document LWC development processes, including code documentation, configuration details, and data migration strategies.
12. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform releases, LWC framework enhancements, and data migration best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and data migration.
3. Strong expertise in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
4. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data migration tools and techniques.
5. Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
6. Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data modeling concepts.
7. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks.
8. Experience with front-end development tools and libraries such as React or AngularJS.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
11. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, are a plus.
12. Previous experience with large-scale data migrations, Salesforce platform implementations, and integration with external systems is highly desirable.
