Job description:

1. 3 +years of service cloud configuration and customization experience with case management, email to case, web to case ,Knowledge management  and CTI implementations and deployment process
2. Should have customization and integration experience in apex, LWC and SOQL, platform events, APIs .
3. Should have salesforce support work experience
4. Should Good communication skills
5. Should be committed and accountable towards the work.
