What's this role about?

An SFDC developer Designing, implementing, and coding Salesforce apps. Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

Here's how you'll contribute:

·      Translate functional requirements into technical requirements

·      Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices

·      Support application for maximum availability

·      work on issues based on priority and meet the agreed timeline

·      Ensure the best possible quality of the application

·      Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 90% code coverage

·      Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)

·      Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging

·      Unit Testing, Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements

Core Skills:

·      Education: BEng (IT, CE, CS, or EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA

·      Salesforce certifications are must             

·      Must be having strong experience in SFDC Apex development

·      Must have worked Visualforce page development

·      Should be having experience in Lightning component development, Lightning design development

·      Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements

·      Should have worked with an editor such as MavensMate or Eclipse for force.com

·      Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.

·      Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions

·      Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions

·      Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions

Desired Skills:

·      Excellent communication and organizational skills

·      Use of Code Repository tools for versioning and source control

·      Must be capable of working independently or in small to large project teams with minimal inputs.

·      Should be able to handle multiple priorities effectively.

·      Strong problem-solving skills

·      Good team player.
