Job description:

1. A minimum of 2-6 years of professional experience in a DevOps, Systems Administration or Software development role
2. Experience administering Salesforce (or similar) cloud infrastructure
3. Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments and working in an agile methodology environment
4. Prior experience working with: Version control systems (Subversion, SVN, git, github, etc), monitoring tools (Splunk,NewRelic, Nagios, etc)
5. REST APIs, JSON, and SOAP XML
6. Strong teamwork skills, ability to learn quickly, excellent written and spoken communication.
7. Responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing strategies for continuous delivery of Salesforce and any dependent software on the cloud.
8. Operate, support and improve the tools for continuous integration, automated testing and release management.
9. Document and advocate adoption of the continuous delivery / continuous integration processes and tools (Copado, Selenium, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Salesforce DevOps Center).
10. Continue to develop and improve the monitoring and dashboards for the Salesforce platform.
11. Manage incidents and outages within the Salesforce platform and handle production support in general.
12. Coordinate with Salesforce support to enable features and resolve sandbox/production issues.
