Job description:

1. Implement new enhancements including the creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
2. Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex and integrations to other third-party solutions.
3. Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
4. Be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
5. Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform 

Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years’ experience in a Salesforce developer role in a service cloud enabled environment with at least 2 projects completed in an FSL environment
2. Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
3. Service Cloud Certification
4. 2+ years’ experience developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes, creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages and Triggers
5. 2+ years’ experience in SFDC Developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers 

Preferred Experience:

1. Field Service lightning certification
2. Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred
3. Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL
4. Knowledge of Lightning Application on Aura Framework
5. Knowledge with Providing Security controllers to users by using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets and OWD Setting
6. Experience with data migration using Data Loader
