Job Description: 

We are looking for a Salesforce Community Developer who will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of the Salesforce CRM. You will be responsible for the design, Configuring, Customizing and testing salesforce community cloud. You will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. 

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
• Configuring Salesforce Community using different templates and customize it using Lightning, Visualforce and Apex
• Build Salesforce applications using Lightning, Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the client requirements.
• Develop highly interactive UI using Lightning, Visualforce and JavaScript technologies.
• Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
• Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform
• Create and execute unit testing and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
• Follow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
• Communicate effectively with a globally distributed team

Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce Developer experience -LWC, Apex, Aura
• Experience in Configuring Salesforce Experience cloud .
• Extensive experience in Customizing the Communities using Lightning, Visualforce and Apex.

• Ability to perform administrator functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc
• Good understanding of salesforce data structures, objects, data access tools like developer workbench, data loader
• Experience in Lightning Configuration and Customization using Lightning Web components or Aura components
• Experience with APEX programming in salesforce
• Knowledge in Salesforce Integration using REST or SOAP API
• Ability to perform impact analysis independently when enhancing existing solutions
• Experience in designing Custom objects, Custom fields, Page layouts, Flows, Process Builder, workflow, Approval processes, Validation rules, Custom tabs, Reports, Dashboards and Lightning record pages according to application requirements
• Knowledge in using the Developer Console, VS Code, Workbench and Data loader
• Preferable Community Consult certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
