Job Description:

Required: 

1. 5+ Years of BA experience, including understanding and documenting client requirements  
2. Current Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certification 
3. 3 Years of Salesforce.com experience including: 
   1. Configuration 
   2. Workflow/ Process Builder and Flow 
   3. Approval Processes 
   4. Organisation Wide Sharing Rules 
   5. Role hierarchy and User Profiles 
   6. Data migration using Data Loader or Data io 
   7. Reports and Dashboards Creation 

Preference Qualifications: 

1. PMI-PBA/CBAP Certifications preferred 
2. Experience working in multiple domains is preferred  
3. Strong understanding of CRM functional knowledge preferred
