Experience: 12 to 15yrs

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Primary Skill: Sales & Service Cloud Functional

Secondary Skill: Agile Project Management

Job Description:

1. 12+ years of experience with complete functional knowledge on Salesforce
2. Should have good expertise in converting the business requirements into traceable epics and user stories
3. Should be proficient in user administrations, configurations and Salesforce reporting
4. Should have good experience in driving the salesforce implementation project with good exposure to software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies e.g. ITIL
5. Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong debugging skills towards integrated application
6. One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud)
7. Should be proficient in driving the project to success
8. Ability to identify risk with the mitigation plan upfront
9. Good customer communication in terms of getting the requirements documented, test co-ordination and status report
10. Good team building experience and proficient working with management providing necessary status and reports
