Job description:

1. Total working experience: 4 + years in multiple Business Domains.
2. Managing and owning all aspects of technical development & delivery.
3. With experience in implementing various phases of Data and Reports like;
   1. Requirements gathering
   2. Analysis and Design
   3. Developing, Testing, Implementing, and Supporting Tableau Business Intelligence application
4. Ensuring the code reviews & development best practices/processes to be followed.
5. To work closely with the business users to get the requirements and suggest visualizations to the business.
6. Responsible for understanding requirements & writing technical architecture documents
7. Responsible for planning the end-to-end technical scope of the project & customer engagement areas including planning sprint & deliveries.
8. Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.
9. Demonstrates the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.
10. Leading & mentoring small-sized teams.

Must Have’s:

1. SFDC Lightning, Apex, QA, Manual testing.
2. Strong in Data Warehousing Concepts and SQL
3. Development experience in creating Data Models
4. Extensive experience in developing Pixel perfect dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools
5. Experience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery.
6. Experience with working on Agile development methodology.
7. Prior experience in leading/mentoring a team is preferred.
8. Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.

Good to Have:

1. Experience in Data Integration using any ETL tools
2. Experience in other Business Intelligence Tools (Cognos BI, Power BI, SAP BO, etc…)
