Experience: 8-12 yrs

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Primary Skill: SFDC Technical – Design & Dev

Secondary Skill: SFDC Lightning

Job Description:

1. 10+ years of experience in handling large/medium size SFDC implementation projects
2. Able to strategize, plan and execute application release based on the business priorities
3. Should be proficient in designing and building solution in salesforce technologies in declarative and programmatic constructs
4. Should be proficient in application integration, reporting and data migration
5. Good understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong debugging skills towards integrated application
6. Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall and support methodologies
7. Identify and mitigate solution, design or technical risk at early stage
8. Should enforce best design and salesforce best practices with the team
9. Perform design reviews and own the technical build for the complete project
10. One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud)
11. Salesforce.com Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Advanced Developer certifications preferred
