Job Description:

1. Salesforce Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience 
2. Drives SFDC technical design and development for major components of focused solutions
3. Engages with Cross technology technical architects/leads regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce and integration/migration
4. Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
5. Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects
6. Provides overall Salesforce technical expertise
7. Develops data integration, migration and deployment strategies
8. Architects creative solutions that solve our client’s business and technical problems
9. Leads and facilitates project discovery to define business, functional, and technical requirements
10. Defines business processes using CRM & SFDC best practices
11. Builds & Deploys Salesforce solutions
12. Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning
13. Works with clients to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships
