Job Description:

1. Overall 13+ years of IT experience with Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce.com

2. Strong experience in Solution Design and Architecture in the following

                 o Sales Cloud
                 o Service Cloud
                 o Communities
                 o Field Service Lighting
                 o Lighting Aura Framework

3. Strong hands on experience in –

a) Customization & Configuration – Lighting/ Apex / Visual force / Triggers / Controllers / Workflows / Approvals

b) Strong Experience in REST Services, Salesforce API, Force.com

c) Integration experience with ERP systems thru middleware like Informatica / MuleSoft / WebServices, etc.

4. Coordinate with IT director and other technical managers to provide a road map for
coming years cutting across their systems both in functional as well as security point of view
5. Contribute ideas and insight to help optimize corporate information management resources to
stay current with evolving business trends and new technologies
6. Share review findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders, along with reports
showing the progress in implementing new strategies
7. Excellent in Customer facing, Leading 15-20 members’ teams
8. Preferably Certified in Salesforce.com Application / System Architect plus , Sales / Service cloud/
CPQ

9. Mandatory Skills  - SFDC lightning, SFDC CPQ
