Job Description:

1. Lead a team of developers, ensuring high quality delivery by providing clear requirements and direction
2. Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and practices
3. Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform
4. Judges tradeoffs between technology, feasibility and best practice to make choices that fit the constraints of the project
5. Identify the varying skill sets and levels within the team to appropriately assign work and guide the project in the best way possible
6. Works directly with clients to develop and deliver key components of technical solutions.
7. Lead technical discussions and workshops with client and understands client’s functional requirements and expectations.
8. Understands Integration and Migration concepts and has experience with Salesforce APIs
9. Experience applying appropriate release management approaches in a professional capacity
10. Experience of raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate
11. Experience of all phases of the project lifecycle
12. Contribute to development of peers as well as the CRM practice as a whole
13. Partner with the sales team to drive new services revenue
14. Provides technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assists the Enterprise Account Executive with managing the deal cycle
15. Provides input for RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project team, timeline, implementation methodology and solution components
16. Has ability to take decisions on SFDC Release Updates

Requirements:

1. Total experience should be 8 years.
2. 3+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
3. 4+ years of Salesforce development experience in both Lightning and Classic platforms
4. One or more current Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator) preferred
5. Strong technically and able to handle new major enhancements on design and development in Sales/Service cloud
6. Worked in customized feature implementations in Sales, Service Cloud.
7. Strong client/business user interaction to understand enhancements and own end-end implementation.
