Job description:

1. Writing manual test scripts with the aid of test tools and test execution
2. Testing SFDC ecommerce (or Web) applications against the system requirements / specifications.
3. Working closely with the internal and external design/test teams in identifying problems
4. Document identified problems with enough detail and in a manner that supports resolution
5. Produce periodic status and operational reports
6. Passion to maintain a high degree of quality

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Total experience required is 6-8 years; a minimum of 4-6 years of manual testing experience with a significant focus being on test engineer on software implementation projects
2. Experience in SFDC testing for at least a minimum of 3 + years with alignment in 1 or more - Community or Service Cloud.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Knowledge/expertise in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
5. In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies

Desirable Requirements:

1. Exposure to Agile methodologies and working /hands on knowledge in JIRA/ TFS / MTM / qTest/TOSCA or any test management tool
2. Nice to have with basic test automation skills and SQL Skills
3. Exposure to eCommerce Domain
