Role: SFMC Architect

Location: Pune

Job Description:

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC platforms (i.e. Audience Studio-DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.)
• Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
• SFMC Email Specialist/Consultant/Developer Certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience in leading SFMC implementations and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills – needs to be able to interact with clients and sponsors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to take initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results.

Good understanding of:

• Solution design and architecture
• Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL
• Data management, segmentation, and ETL best practices
• Scripting and query development
• Web analytics
