Role: SFMC Developer

Experience: 2-4 Years 

Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore  

Responsibilities: 

1. 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, and/or consulting 
2. At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience and in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including familiarity with Journey Builder, and the Connector (Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications) 
3. Familiar with SSJS  
4. Familiarity with additional marketing automation systems a plus 
5. Well-developed presentation, organizational, and meeting facilitation skills 
6. Experience with gathering requirements and writing user stories 
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team 
8. Good oral and written communication skills 
9. Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
10. Ability to distill requirements and action items from multiple information sources 
11. Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and channels 
12. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred 
13. SQL skills essential 
14. Knowledge of data modelling and process documentation 
15. Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and common integration points with marketing systems a plus 
16. Familiarity with agile ways of working
