Job description:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or technology related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 6-8 Years of progressive experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online (SPO) and on-premises SharePoint environments,
4. Experience performing migrations from on-premises environments and tenant to tenant,
5. Experience using migration tools such as Sharegate or others to perform migration activities.
6. Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Ability to “look forward” and prepare for future incident resolution.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
10. Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
11. Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
12. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
