Role: SharePoint Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 years

Job Description:

1. Total working experience: 5 to 10 years
2. Provide voice-based technical support to customers from NOAM, EMEA and/or APAC region
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong customer focus
5. Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment
6. Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management
7. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
8. Willing to work in the Night Shift

Must Have’s:
 Experience in SharePoint On-Prem
 Experience in SharePoint Online
 Experience in SharePoint Hybrid skills
 Experience in Windows Server Platform and Business Applications
 Experience in Windows Server Active Directory Services and IIS
 Knowledge in SQL
 Knowledge in Exchange Server
 Knowledge of PowerShell and .Net (Preferable)
 Undestanding of Operating System and Network Technology
 Skills in troubleshooting security related issues involving NTFS, IIS and Active Directoy / LDAP and SQL Server
 MSCE/MCSD certification desired
 Experience in US/UK Customer Handing
 Communication Skills
