Job description:

1. Looking for a Siebel Technical Lead with Min 8+ Years of Experience
2. Hands on experience with Siebel 20.x and above is must
3. Siebel Configuration, EAI, scripting, workflows and Open UI are must
4. Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
5. Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions based on business requirements.
6. Functional/Technical Documentation: Document functional and technical designs during the development process.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with functional analysts, other IT teams, and senior application developers to make technology recommendations.
8. Issue Resolution: Address escalated software application issues as needed.
9. Siebel Tools Expertise: Utilize Siebel Tools, eScript, and have a strong understanding of software architecture.
10. Applet, View, and Screen Design: Create and enhance applets, views, and screens.
11. EIM Interfaces: Develop and manage EIM interfaces.
12. Data Configuration and Administration: Configure and administer data interfaces using EIM.
13. Should be good at SQL
14. Performance optimization and issue debugging skills are good to have.
15. Should have worked on BIP reports
16. Knowledge on OSES is added advantage
17. Strong knowledge on Siebel Architecture and should be well versed with latest Siebel versions
18. Lead the team and guide them on critical solutions
19. Should be an Individual Contributor as well
20. Solution designing with multiple options listing out Pros and cons.
21. Should be able to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders on Daily status updates
