Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 years

Job Description:

1. Total working experience: 5 to 10 years
2. Provide voice-based technical support to customers from NOAM, EMEA and/or APAC region
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong customer focus
5. Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment
6. Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management
7. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
8. Willing to work in the Night Shift

Must Have’s:

 Knowledge on Skype for Business On-premises set up, server roles and management (mandatory)
 Sign in process and troubleshooting (mandatory)
 Hybrid setup Knowledge
 How to migrate users from skype on-premises to Skype Online or Teams
 Different ways to enable a user for skype for business on-premises
 Experience on skype for business control panel
 Experience on skype for business Powershell
 Experience on Skype for Business Federation Setup
 Troubleshooting Skype to Skype calling issues
 Concepts on Skype Backend Database and CMS
 Understanding on High Availability on Skype for Business On-Premises
 Snooper logs analysis-components (signaling and acknowledgment) (mandatory)
 Experience in US/UK Customer Handing
 Communication Skills
