• Development Exp of 4-8 Yrs.
• Work experience on ITSM module development
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Able to convert stories/requirements into technical solutions
• Extensive Experience of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in API integrations with other systems.
• Experience with Integration HUB will be added advantage.
• Experience creating Technical Documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting analytical skills.
• Ability and willingness to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently.

• Service Portal development
