Role: Software Development Specialist- Java Developer with ReactJs

Skills Required:

1. Experience in designing and developing n-tier web based applications and web user interfaces
2. Experience in UI Development and Web Development Client Only - ReactJSApplication development and debugging using Integrated Development Environment (IDE) tools (Eclipse, RAD)
3. Must be good at web scripting languages like HTML, jQuery and JavaScript
4. Experience in WebSpehreExperience with SQL server 2012
5. Experience in Team Foundation Server

General Duties and Tasks:

1. Have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside normal scope of work
2. Support existing software application to cover incident management, request management, problem management and release management
3. Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period
4. Manage projects with oversight from their supervisor
5. Works on a large portfolio of applications
6. Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/or functions
7. Participates on and may lead, complex projects with significant impact on IT and / or business
8. Mentors less experienced team members
9. Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software
10. Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and assists to resolve them
11. Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
12. Applied in depth knowledge of one or more programming languages
13. Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging
14. Perform in-depth problem solving, troubleshooting, and conduct rood cause analysis of problems and issues impacting the application and/or their environment
15. Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs
16. Suggest and implement automation/innovation wherever it is possible
17. Excellent communication and presentation skills
18. Competent to work in all phases of applications programming and design
19. Provide performance improvement and capacity planning recommendations
20. Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes and requests
21. Willingness to work shift including US day shift
22. Typically requires 5-8 Years of Exp
