Position Overview:

This is a customer-facing role that requires very good English communication skills. Good experience in handling users in US healthcare provider area

Job description:

1. Good understanding of Ambulatory applications, anyone of the EHRs listed here -like Athena, NextGen etc. Thorough understanding of clinical workflow concepts, Patient workflow, and HL7 transactions.
2. General understanding of US healthcare specifically
3. Experience in production support. Relevant work experience in monitoring, analyzing and resolve support tickets
4. Participate and contribute in initiatives that improve the overall support process
5. Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets effectively and simultaneously
7. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues
8. General understanding of how technology decisions relate to business needs
9. Willingness to work US day shift.

Must-Have Skills:

1. SQL Scripting Hands on and sound knowledge of Database Concepts and DBMS
2. SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
3. Experience in Healthcare -Provider IT environments
4. Tableau
5. Hands-on experience with HL7
6. Clinical Knowledge of Provider Practice workflow, Patient workflow on ‘any’ EHR
7. Production support exp.
8. Relevant hands-on monitoring, analyzing, and resolve support tickets in the provider domain
9. Strong communication skills both written and verbal as this is client facing role
10. Very good USA Customer handling skills in provider area
11. Time management skills

Nice to Have Skills:

1. Sound knowledge of and hands on handling workflows in EHR Athena
2. Hands-on Experience with EHR
3. Knowledge of the ITMS, ITIL(cert)
