Technical Skills

1. 8+ years of tier 1 HRIS implementation and system support
2. 6+ years of Workday/SAP SuccessFactors or any HCM ecosystem experience
3. Knowledge of Cloud ERP environment
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
5. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
6. Exposure with Smart Recruiters or Job Vite or similar application
7. Preferred: Working knowledge of Workday integration layer/Success Factors API’s and architecture leveraging middleware platforms ( Dell-Boomi, Web methods, MuleSoft etc)

What You’ll Do:

1. Build complex, scalable integrations using the suite of Workday Integration technologies (Reports-as-a-Service, EIB, Document Transformation, Connectors, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services API, and Workday REST API) across Snap’s Workday modules
2. Apply business process understanding and critical thinking skills to find creative ways to integrate and automate processes that drive operational efficiency through Boomerang integrations and Workday Cloud extensions
3. Resolve (diagnose, track, and manage) timely resolution of integration issues related to data, data transformation, data processing, and/or security with appropriate partner engagement
4. Advise on Workday API capabilities/limitations and supported authentication methods
5. Construct and share prototypes of requests for various API operations and assist in testing
6. Evaluate use cases to appropriately leverage SOAP-based web services or REST API based on direction of data, availability of API operations, and other data processing considerations
7. Thoroughly test integrations through unit testing and UAT, creating/performing appropriate test scripts, coordinating testing resources, and documenting edge cases
8. Translate business needs into requirements & technical specifications, guiding discovery sessions through considerations that lead to effective integration technology usage
9. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of integrations
10. Follow change management policies related to SOX compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
2. 5+ years of demonstrated experience designing, developing, and testing integrations using Workday’s integration tools (Reports-as-a-Service, Enterprise Interface Builder, Document Transformation, Connectors, and Workday Studio) or equivalent experience
3. Strong experience using XSLT to transform XML data from Workday reports and WS responses
4. Strong experience using industry-standard web services technology, which encompass WSDL, SOAP, REST, and the WS-* standards

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 5+ years extensive experience working with the following Workday modules - Core HCM, Comp, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking
3. 5+ years experience with Workday Business Process Framework and Security
