Job description:

1. Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies.
2. Strong Technical skills in Windows Severs and Windows 10 OS
3. Strong technical knowledge on Active Directory server, DHCP / DNS server.
4. Sound knowledge of Windows patching solutions like SCCM, Manage Engine etc.
5. Worked on various antivirus solutions like McAfee, TrendMicro, Windows Defender etc.
6. Knowledge on endpoint security products like Disk encryption and DLP.
7. Worked on virtual platforms like Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix etc.
8. Worked cloud infrastructure platforms like Azure, AWS etc.
9. Good knowledge on network devices like switches, routers and firewalls.
10. Should have knowledge on voice products.
11. Strong knowledge on IT Compliance and should have exposure on ISO audits, SOC and HIPPAA audits.
12. Responsible to do documentation of all processes.
13. Knowledge on IT budgeting and vendor management.
14. Knowledge on ITIL process. Worked on ITIL helpdesk tool and is responsible to motivate the team to achieve the defined SLAs / KPIs.
15. Monitor the status and work towards resolution against the defined SLA’s of all in scope open tickets and service request
16. Experience on Asset inventory tool, maintaining inventory for the deployed assets, Asset lifecycle until release of assets for scrap
17. Should be an effective communicator with exceptional relational management skills.
18. Can take part in leadership meetings and is able to express viewpoints properly.
19. Should be able to understand business acumen and accordingly should be able to provide operations support.
