Job description:

The Technical consultant provides advanced technical insights and lead team of

developers to deliver projects and enhancements across finance modules. Role will

need to work with the Project/Program Manager, Business Analysts/Architects, Support

team, and the Engineering to provide advanced technical solutions on the NetSuite

platform.

Core Responsibilities

As Technical Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be to:

1. Platform SuiteBuilder customizations including custom fields, custom record types, custom transactions, and segments
2. Addressing business process gaps through customization tools such as workflows and SuiteScript
3. Developing or assisting in integrations between 3rd party systems and NetSuite
4. Developing solutions that involve custom records, custom transactions, automations, scripts and workflows
5. Track project and task assignments, and follow up with the cross functional on outstanding items
6. Respond to support requests that require scripting and other advanced customizations
7. Assist and development analytics using on-platform tools such as saved searches and reports as well as through custom methods
8. Lead the Technical Roadmap for the NetSuite Platform

Technical Skills

1. At least 8 years of experience with NetSuite
2. At least 6 years of experience with NetSuite SuiteScript (1.0 or 2.0) and/or SuiteFlow (workflow builder)
3. Experience in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteCloud DevelopmentFramework.
4. Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
5. Exposure to Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, Adaptive Planning a plus.
6. Experience developing integrations between NetSuite and 3rd party systems
7. Understanding of Finance Processes for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report is a plus.
8. Knowledge of any of the following: JSON, JavaScript, HTML, or SQL is a plus
9. Any background in other CRM, ERP or Accounting software is a plus
10. NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification a plus.
