Job Description:

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

Overview:
QA / Automation Engineer with experience in development of mobile SDKs and Apps. Candidates should be familiar with both native and cross platform development and qualification.

Skills:
Mandatory

1. Must have cross-platform Mobile application testing experience with Xamarin
2. Good Knowledge in handling the BLE/NFC
3. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
4. Strong Experience in Web and Mobile App Automation script development
5. Good experience in identifying issues, debugging and troubleshooting
6. Experience in Embedded testing such as firmware testing. version upgradation
7. Should have experience in end-to-end testing cycles
8. Expertise in Test deliverables such as Test Reports, Test Management Tools handling, Defect reporting, Test plan and estimation techniques
9.  Should have experience in Test management tools – TestRail
10. Experience in various development methodologies such as AGILE, Waterfall
11. CI/CD, Test integration with Test management tools, Defect management tools and reporting tool
12. Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
13. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
14. Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines

Other:

Desired experience:

1. Good knowledge on Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and XP Practices
2. Exposure to CI tools like Jenkins, Team City is highly desirable
3. Good understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript
4. Good grasp of Cloud Technology Stack, Preferably Amazon Web Services
5. Java, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Java Spring Boot, Rest Assured and Integration experience in any cloud provider (SauceLabs, crossbrowser, perfecto or PCloudy)

General:
6 + years of experience working with installing, maintaining and developing mobile apps and SDK
