Job description:

1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience 10-15 years in a telecommunications leadership role, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of telecommunications systems.
3. In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including voice and data networks, telephony systems, unified communications, and network infrastructure.
4. In depth knowledge of Avaya telecommunications systems, including Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Session Manager, and Avaya IP Office.
5. Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and security protocols related to telecommunications.
6. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to evaluate complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Proven project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
