Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, VisualForce and J2EE technologies in a timely and accurate manner. The candidate will be responsible for development of user stories for a project across Salesforce Sales and/or Community Cloud.  The candidate must demonstrate understanding of the full software development life cycle and Salesforce best practices. 

Experience Required:

• 4+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce applications
• Experience in building integrations between systems, developing and calling REST or SOAP APIs.  Mulesoft integrations are a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational excellence
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
• Experience with managed packages and AppExchange preferred
• Must-Have Interpersonal Skills, ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Function as tech lead on projects and communicate with other leads / Sr resources within the program (cross-project)
• Coordinate with Release Manager on code repository, version control and build/ release to support continuous integration and continuous delivery of applications
• Mentor peers via code review and ad hoc assistance
• Coordinate with Product Owners regarding Sprint Backlog and guidance on Salesforce standard solutions
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to convert architecture design to detail solution design and represent documentation to Design Authority before development commences
