Experience:

1. 8+ years of IT experience
2. 5+ years delivering core Salesforce development solutions and customizations
3. 2+ years in managing environments

Key Accountabilities:

1. Manage sandboxes and production environments especially code merge, migration, conflict resolution and deployment.
2. Manage sandboxes in terms of creation and refreshes
3. Develop and deliver portfolio delivery, product enhancement, global expansion, production support, and application administration.
4. Liaise with business users and resolve day to day support tickets within defined organizational SLA’s
5. Deliver optimal design and development solutions for business requirements with key emphasis on out of the box solutions and standard functionality
6. Adhere to quality auditing requirements like test scripts, low user acceptance and go-live defects
7. Confirm to internal and external best practices, standards, and processes.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Implement Salesforce functionalities including custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components & Development) 
2. Deploy code and configuration changes across various SF environments using Jenkins.  
3. Ability to resolve code conflicts and fix deployment errors.  
4. Perform test class run and deployment automation in BitBucket.  
5. Perform peer code reviews 
6. Knowledge of best coding and design practices. Self sufficient and independent in resolving end to end support tickets.  
7. Write test methods as a feature of your codebase 
8. Work with other team members across multiple projects and articulate development or deployment in functional manner. 
9. Actively engages improving software delivery through DevOps and other Agile practices 
10. Prior implementation of Salesforce solutions to support business processes. 
11. Salesforce application development experience including APEX, Visual Force, Lightning Components 
12. Developing advanced user interfaces on the Salesforce platform using technologies (HTML/CSS/Lightning frameworks) 
13. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Test-driven development methodologies 
14. Experience working with Apex REST services and API integrations 
15. Experience with Jenkin and Bitbucket including merging, reverting source control branches.  
16. Experience with common API and integration patterns 
17. Experience or familiarity with Lightning Component development 
18. Salesforce1/Force.com knowledge 
19. Desired Experience: Visual Studio Code, Version and source control tools, Force.com IDE, Shell script automation.
