Role: SRE with Kafka Consultant

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5-8 years

1. Responsible for configuring and managing Kafka components -zookeepers, brokers
2. Good experience working in a multi cluster Kafka environment
3. ·Extensive experience in improving performance and scalability of Kafka producers and consumers
4. Expert in operations and deployment of Kafka clusters using SRE best practices
5. Provide expertise to monitor Kafka components and proactively report any Kafka messaging issues
6. Expertise in critical data processing/queuing using Kafka clusters
7. Troubleshoot application and infrastructure related issues in Prod, QA and dev environments
8. Responsible for writing Ansible modules to patch, deploy and configure kafka servers
9. Good experience with automating daily operational tasks using shell/bash/python
10. Monitoring, tracking and managing issues related to build and deployment

Must have:

SRE operations experience candidate who have some experience on handling production support, change, Incident management, issues troubleshooting, working in cross functional teams and issue triaging
