Roles And Responsibilities: 

1. Analyzes business needs and recommends ways to optimize IT policies and procedures in achieving business objectives
2. Participates in strategic planning and development associated with future design,performance,and capacity management
3. Acts as a technical expert in the design, architecture and deployment of new systems to keep the server environment stable and interruptions to a minimum in stand alone and mulitiered environment
4. Proactively learns new technologies to resolve any problems involved in integrating the new technologies with current systems
5. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
6. Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructureTroubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
