Role: Systems Integration Senior Specialist

Location: Remote
Exp: 7+ years
Shift: 05:30 AM to 02:30 PM CST
Mandate Skills:
• Relevant 5 years of experience on Solarwinds
• Configuring Network, Server, Application & Storage monitoring
• Hands on experience performing upgrade and migrating Solarwinds application
• Good communication skills ( Verbal & written English )
• Hands on with Transitions

Required Skills for this role:
- Experience in the operations, management, support and administration of Solarwinds for Network monitoring including server and application.
- Experience with best practices for network monitoring including infrastructure and application
- Experience in scripting like Ksh, Bsh, Powershell
- Experience in monitoring network devices and network performance
- Good understanding of network environmental elements such VLANs, VPN, Protocols, routing, IP address schemes, bandwidth, network devices, etc.
- Good understanding of operating system such Unix/Linux and Windows
- Good documentation skills
- Basic skills on project planning and management
- Excellent communication skills and customer relationship
- Experience with other monitoring tools preferably network
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow
- Availability to be on call
