Looking for technical Tableau or Power BI Developer  who can help in the migration of existing reports (power BI reports) into tableau or power BI platform. 

• Experience in developing reports and dashboards with Tableau Desktop and other BI tools like Power BI
• Create interactive filters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.
• Expertise in identifying data related inconsistencies, gaps and effectively communicating with Data Engineering and Business Teams.
• Knowledge on SAP Business Objects reporting tool and Power BI is added advantage
• Conducting unit tests cases for testing and troubleshooting any issues.
• Producing support documentation and keep existing documentation up-to-date
• Tableau hands on should include working extensively with Parameters, different filter types, sets, groups, LODs, complex charts like doughnut, waterfall etc. and table calculations.
• Understanding advanced concepts like row-level security, blending, relationships, cascading filters.
• Understanding Tableau performance improvement and dashboarding best practices.
• Understanding basic and advanced SQL concepts like analytical/window functions, date-time functions, unions and views/procedures.
• Must understand Tableau Data model
• Must be good in performance tuning.
