Job description:

1. Hold deep technical knowledge and architectural design mentorship at a platform and portfolio level and will be a key contributing architect on large/complex projects with a variety of components.
2. Working with customer platform/product owners, architects and platform owner to set the platform's technical direction and strategic objectives.
3. Capable of presenting designs and ideas to Architecture Review Board.
4. Play a leading role in code reviews, guiding junior resources towards better designs and clean, standardized coding.
5. Aligning efforts with central architecture function to influence technical standards and progress enterprise objectives.
6. Participating in design and code reviews to ensure both deliveries of desired business outcomes and alignment to enterprise standards.
7. Driving key architecture decisions to solve critical complex problems for assigned and adjacent platforms.
8. Working with the customer team’s Platform Owner and senior architects to guide Technical Platform architecture and engineering teams.
9. Capturing Salesforce best-practices knowledge from the on-ground teams and share reference architectures and patterns with technical teams.
10. Help find new solutions to business problems and technical challenges.
11. Review & Audit quality, productivity and sustainability in solutions
12. Evolve the architecture and reduce the technical debt with the objective to better support the business as it is today and improve the systems security, performance and flexibility.
13. Architect will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas and will be central to the successful integration of disruptive technologies for successful CRM solution.
14. Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders.
15. Experience in designing OOTB Solutions & estimations of customizations and experience in the assessment of the org and document the best practices and corrective actions and taking them forward for implementation to the customer
16. Experience in using the tools like PMD/Checkmarx to reduce the deviations and present the corrective actions
