Role: Technical Consulting Engineer

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Bangalore

Essential Skills:
• B BE or BS in Computer Science or related technical fields or equivalent experience
• Significant analytical and troubleshooting skills, shown crisis management skills, and ability to handle critical customer issues/problems.
• Excellent software debugging skills, with good aptitude for troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot Cisco XR Products
• Experience in a NOC, TAC environment is good addition.
• Good understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, OSI Reference Model)
• Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to tackle product and software problems of moderate to high complexity.
• Guide and provides support on a worldwide basis.
• Provides technology/product training and intellectual property material as required, including mentoring other engineers.


Extended Skills:

1. Basic understanding of software defined networking.
2. Knowledge of Emerging technologies like micro services, Cloud etc.
3. Good understanding of IOS/IOS-XR/IOS-XE DNS and DHCP

Good to have:

1. CCIE RS/EI, DevNet, RedHat certification is a plus
2. Public / Private Cloud experience and knowledge. [ AWS, Azure]
