1. Experience working in enterprise architecture, DWH, BI Delivery  
2. Strong delivery leadership in Big Data projects on cloud 
3. People Management – capable of building & leading large teams & making them successful 
4. Responsible for driving & managing SLA matrix 
5. Establish & manage processes for tracking measurement & analysis of Delivery datapoints 
6. Managing Delivery KPI’s      
7. SoW Renewals 
8. Billability Management 
9. Providing weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to Leadership Team 
10. Aid in Team staffing
