What You'll Do

• Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
• Coordinating with the stakeholders to know the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions
• Coordinating with the Technical Panels and scheduling for Interviews
• Closing the positions within the stipulated time
• Pre-engagement & follow up with the candidate after the offer is made

Who You Are

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience
• Someone who loves to talk and take up initiatives
• Self motivated and self - driving
• Someone who has Learning agility and self improving.
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to be flexible & accountable
• Must have experience in C2H and Permanent hiring
