Role: Technical Support Engineer (Mac)

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Grade: F1

Mandatory Skills: JAMF

Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore

 Total working experience: 4+ years
 Managing Apple systems using Desktop Management tool Casper using Predefined Processes
 Trouble shooting, Root cause analysis in problem solving

Must Have:
 Mac operating system trouble shooting
 Mac Hardware trouble shooting
 IOS and Network troubleshooting
 Installation of Mac OS, Linux, Unix
 Knowledge of Mac server configuration.
 JAMF and Casper
 Handling Network issue such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP protocols and application.
 Build and manage mac application packages with standards.
 Building and managing Mac OS image
 Managing Apple systems using Desktop Management tool Casper using Predefined Processes
 Remote desktop management and specialized support for end user hardware and software

Skills:

 Mac OS X (Tiger, Leopard & Snow Leopard, Mountain lion, Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan, Sierra, High sierra)
 Linux OS (Ubuntu, Red Hat)
 Office 365, Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2011/2016, Entourage 2004/2008, Windows mail, Mail (Mac),

 JAMF 9.96, JAMF PRO (10.1, 10.4.1)
 
Good to Have:

 Shell scripting
 Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1,10, 2000, 2008)
 Handling incident and problem management through ServiceNow, Remedy
